75th Anniversary of Hoover Dam 1935-2010, at the dedication ceremony to commemorate Hoover Dam’s 75th anniversary, the U.S. Postal Service released a special collector’s envelope featuring the landmark at a ceremony on Thursday. The envelopes, which bears a .03 stamp issued in 1935 the stamp features “Boulder Dam,” as it was then called, was presented for the first time at the dam’s visitor information center at 11:30 a.m. These envelopes are all numbered limited collection edition only found here.
